Our space available is about 1,550 sq ft on 11/F and 12/F on each floor. 11/F is suitable for larger events such as seminars, workshops and events and 12/F is suitable for hourly, daily and monthly rental of a private room for meetings, workshops and more. Spanning 3,100 sq ft of hectic-free environment at a convenient location, our 11/F open area welcoming up to 65 students, freelancers, start-up groups, WFH individuals and of course walk-ins. Upon request made in advance, we can arrange a whiteboard for your meeting, TV with projector function for your seminar, also flexible setting changes, free of charge of course, our treat; if you have documents that need printing during your brainstorming session, just ask our staff online about a printing package.

How to book meeting rooms online!
Login to your account you have just created
Payment method:
STEP 1 - Please select the number of hours you want to purchase
(each time slot is 30 mins)
STEP 2 - Please then select the meeting room time slot and press "APPLY". Go to the shopping cart and arrange payment!
STEP 3 - After the OONIQUE staff confirms the payment in the back office platform, your room has been BOOKED!
TO CHANGE THE MEETING ROOM TIME SLOT: 48 Hours or earlier prior to meeting room booking, guests can log in to their account on the platform, click "My Courses and Enrolment", and then amend the meeting room reservation time for FREE (unlimited number of times).
1. If you pay Visa + Mastercard, the system will automatically confirm the payment online immediately. For this method, an additional 3% credit card fee will be charged on top of the price (price x 3% = credit card fee)
2. If you pay by Payme/FPS/bank transfer, please upload the deposit slip on the platform. After the OONIQUE staff confirms the payment using the platform during office hours (10am to 9:30pm), the guest can choose the meeting room time (please whatsapp us for a speedier approval)
3. If you choose Alipay (an additional 1.8% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price) or WeChat Pay (an additional 1.5% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price). You can pay online by QR code and the system will automatically confirm the payment immediately.
4. If you choose Octopus (an additional 1.5% payment platform fee will be charged on top of the price), you can scan the QR code through the Octopus APP, enter the payment code and arrange the payment online. Please upload the deposit slip on the platform. After OONIQUE staff confirms payment during office hours (10am to 9:30pm), guests can choose the time of the meeting room.
