Cancellation policies

​

Please notes that Hour Passes and one day passes are not eligible for refund. Multi-day Pass / Meeting Room Bookings will not be eligible for refund. 

​

For Meeting Room Bookings, you may amend the time of the booking for free 48hrs prior to the booking start time on the booking platform (unlimitedly)! For date and time amendments to meeting room bookings within 48hrs prior to the booking start time, there is a $30 administrative charge. 

​

Adverse Weather Arrangements

Two hours prior to the start of your booking, if Typhoon 8 warning or above is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm warning is in place, you may change the time and date of the booking for free.
